"Workshop for HCA Under-16 team'

A half-day/ 1 day workshop where the tenets of effective leadership are discussed and the learnings facilitated to people in leadership positions/ aspiring leaders. Playing the game thrusts the leader into his/her normal leadership bahaviour patterns which are analyzed to carry back to the workplace for higher impact.
